Abstract
Since failure height and destruction degree of the overlying strata in working face are the most research contents to ascending mining.Based on analyzing on typical overburden engineering geological conditions in top-coal caving,field measurement and statistical analysis on the overlying strata failure height in condition of top-coal caving is carried out in this paper.To find the influence law which geological factors influence on overlying strata failure height in condition of top-coal caving.Therefore,scientific basis is provided for ascending mining study in condition of top-coal caving.
