Decisions of Strengthening and Improving CPC Building under the New Situation made at the 4th Plenary Session of 17th CPC National Congress include the notion and real meaning of the construction of Marxist party,the significance of the construction of Marxist party,the statements regarding learning made by the former central leaders,the disciplinary requirements in the construction of Marxist party,the specific contents,the leaning methods and objects.
