Abstract
Eco-industrial park is a new kind of industrial park which works according to the theory of industrial ecology theory,circular economy theory,ecological industry chain design theory and clearer production theory.This paper takes the related knowledge of planning and construction theory of eco-industrial park as foundation,combines study of the successful case of Baotou aluminium eco industrial park,finally explains the mode of eco-industrial park planning and construction has important directive function to industrial park development.
