Clinical evaluation of edaravone combined with sodium ozagrel on treating progressive cerebral infarction

Abstract

Objective: To observe the curative effects of Edaravone combined with Sodium ozagrel on treating progressive cerebral infarction(PCI). Methods: 72 patients with PCI were randomly divided into two groups.Control group(36 patients) was treated with conventional therapy,Treatment group(36 patients) was treated with Edaravone 30 mg iv dirp bid for 14 days,and Sodium ozagrel 80 mg iv drip bid for 14 days.Therapeutic effect was evaluated by clinical efficacy. Results: The total effective rate(91.7%) of the treatment group was obviously higher than that of the control group(69.4%)(P0.05). Conclusion: Treatment of Edaravone combined with Sodium ozagrel can safely improve the symptom of PCI patients.
