Abstract
The conception of population carrying capacity stems from physics originally. With the development of economy, the more and more natural resources are used and its quantity become less and less. So the study on population carrying capacity has made great progress. In this paper, the author proposes that population carrying capacity is based on such issues as the standard and goal of carrying capacity, advancement of technology, flowage of population and resources in space, system of distribution and regime.
