Abstract
1-n-butylazepan-2-one was synthesized by the reaction of 1-bromobutane with caprolactam in the presence of petroleum ether as solvent, potassium hydroxide and protassium carbonate as deproton reagents, and tetrabutyl ammonium bromide as solid-liquid phase transfer catalyst.Experimental results indicated that the optimum conditions were the molar ratio between caprolka-ctam,1-bromobutane and tetrabutyl ammonium bromide was 1.1:1:0.056,the reaction temperature was 75℃,the reaction time was 4.5h.Under the optimum conditions, the yield of 1-n-butylazepan-2-one was 89.6%
