Abstract
[HSO3-pmim]Cl、[HSO3-pmim][H2PO4]、[HSO3-pmim]and[HSO3-pmim] ionic liquids were synthesized and their structures were characterized by 1H-NMR and FT-IR.Glycerol triacetate was synthesized using several acidic functional ionic liquids as the catalysts.[HSO3-pmim] had better catalytic results and could be repeatedly used. The influence of catalyst dosage, feed proportion and reaction time was investigated. The optimum condition was obtained as follows: n(glycerol)∶n(acetic acid)=1∶8,catalyst dosage 5.8% of the total weight of glycerol and acetic acid, reaction time 6 h,reaction temperature(80-90) ℃.Repeated use of the ionic liquid was investigated.Glycerol triacetate yield remained at over 90% after repeatedly use for 10 times.
