Abstract
Aiming at the problems existing in traditional experimental teaching system,in terms of enhancing the laboratory management,improving the construction of experimental teaching staff and deepening the reforms of experimental teaching,the methods for improving the quality of cultivating the talent with the characters of practice and innovation are analyzed,and the primary exploration of cultivating the students' ability of practice and innovation is introduced.
