Abstract
A new acidizing corrosion inhibitor was synthesized by Mannich reaction with formaldehyde, aromatic ketone and amine.According to the corrosion inhibiting effect to N-80 steel in hydrochloric acid, the synthesizing conditions were optimized through orthogonal experiments. The performance of corrosion inhibitor JH-C synthesized at optimum conditions was evaluated at various temperatures and inhibitor amounts using weight loss method. And the results showed that, the rate of corrosion was less than 2.0 g·(m2·h)-1 by adding 0.5% inhibitor JH-C which had excellent inhibiting performance at 30~90℃.
