Abstract
Objective: To explore adverse drug reactions caused by different metabolic processes. Methods: The adverse drug reactions caused by different metabolic processes were reviewed by referring to the domestic and foreign literatures. Results: Phase I and II reactions in the processes of drug metabolism will produce a variety of adverse drug reactions including ones caused by drug interaction. Conclusion: Because of the individual differences,we should understand the drug metabolic pathways, make individual administration of drugs and try to avoid adverse drug reactions in the processes of drug metabolism or interaction.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
