Principles on Community System Planning Based on the Viewpoint of Urban Living Space Quality

The article proposes the viewpoint of urban living space quality, which focuses on space justice in the background of social equity on the basis of new humanism development for urban space. It breaks through the barriers of modernism urban functional zone on which it is in the center position of planning field for a long time. The core of the conception is construction and reconstruction for the just structure of humanistic living place hierarchy and urban community system. Furthermore, it deducts the principles on urban community system planning based on these analyses above. They include:1)the principle of urban society stratification constitution (the justice planning in cities); 2)the available rule of the differentiation of urban community system (area response planning); 3)the law of community living space quality (space sharing planning); 4)the context-cognitive theory of cultural and ecological landscape (the dignity planning of location and culture).
