Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical value of 64-slice CT angiography on diagnosis of arteriosclerotic occlusive disease of lower limbs. Methods Thirty patients with arteriosclerotic occlusive disease of lower limbs were performed with 64-slice spiral CT angiography, images were analyzed on the basis of the transverse CT source data including the maximum intensity projection(MIP),volume rendering(VR),multip lanar reconstruction(MPR) and curved planar reconstruction(CPR).Results The CT angiography images of 30 patients displayed the main artery clearly, accurately showed the atherosclerotic vascular lesions. Conclusion 64-slice spiral CT angiography can show the lesions of arteries in low limbs clearly, has great clinical value on preoperative diagnosis and postoperative evaluation.
