Abstract
Objective: To improve comprehensive abilities of interns,such as thinking in clinical diagnosis and clinical skills.Methods: 1.An information management platform of interns was established.2.A tutorial system was implemented for clinical interns.3.Small lectures,ward rounds teaching,discussion on intractable cases,etc were regularly carried out in the ward.4.Training on clinical skills was conducted in the National Experimental and Teaching Demonstration Center.5.Education on interns' professional ethics and psychological quality were carried out.Results: The management and teaching of interns have been regulated in a scientific way,which makes the training of clinical interns in the comprehensive hospital standardized.Conclusion: The medical students become excellent and more confident,and it makes a solid foundation for providing qualified medical talents for our country.
