Logical relationships among civil right,power,obligation and responsibility

The civil right is the focus of the civil legal relationships.There is an inner logical relationship among the civil right,the power, the obligation and the responsibility.The civil right differs from the power.There is a corresponding relationship between the civil right and the obligation,i.e.as long as there is the civil right,the obligation follows inevitably.Without an obligation,there surely will not be a responsibility.Grasping the logical relationship among them is the theoretical foundation of analyzing the civil legal relationships.
