Abstract
Based on domestic and scholars foreign,the definition of national competitiveness and territor competitiveness,the paper brings forward regional competitiveness sand designs the index system.According to factor analysis of multivariate statistical theory, the values of eight types of competitiveness constituting regional competitiveness can be evaluated,and then the weight of eight competitiveness be ascertained with the undrawing grade method.It evaluats the whole regional competitiveness and serving for the regional economic development.
