Abstract

The paper summarizes the conception of urbanization and urban sustainable development,analyzes the status of urbanization in China and negative effect of urbanization process;at the same time,references the practice of Smart Growth in America,then dissertates the inevitable choice——sustainable development of urbanization in China,and brings forward the measures according to the requirement of sustainable development.
