Analysis on Mifepristone in the Treatment of 30 Cases of Peri-menopausal Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding

Objective:To discuss the effect of mifepristone in the treatment of peri-menopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding.Method:30 cases who were diagnosed as peri-menopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding were orally taken 12.5mg of mifepristone every night for consecutive 3 months.The thickness of endometrium were detected under B-ultrasonic 1m,2m and 3m before and after treatment.Hepatorenal function and blood routine were measured at the same time.Result:All the cases were in amenorrhea during period in a medicine.No increment thickness appeared,the liver kidney function was normal,hemoglobin all contain the exaltation of different degree,and anemic got the improvement.Conclusion:Mifepristone has certain effect in the treatment of peri-menopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding.It is safe,effective and has no harm to liver kidney function,which is worth of spreading.
