Advancement on Optimal Irrigation Water Allocation in Irrigation District

Abstract

Facing our country water resource scarcity and using water efficiency lowly in agriculture irrigation, this paper research situation in area of optimizing irrigation water allocation on the basis of deficit irrigation and optimum operation of reservoir in irrigation district, both in and out China. At the same time, the existing problems and possible solutions are also shown in this paper.
