Abstract

Enhancing the Party building in private-owned colleges is one of the major means to ensure the sustainable development in these colleges. The malpractices and errors in the operation of party organizations are one of main factors that obstacles of Party building. To solve the problem, we should lead efforts to perfect the decision making and leading and mechanism and modify the organizing and self-controlling institutions.
