In comparison with the industrialization in the advanced countries and the traditional industrialization path in China, The neotype industrialization is the new phase of China's process of industrialization. China is now in the midterm of the industrialization, it is still a very arduous historic task to deepen the industrialization, and walking down the road of neotype industrialization indicates the new choice of China's economic development strategy in the 21st Century. During the process of realization of neotype industrialization, it is essential to implement strategic innovations based on the following: industrialization pushed forward by informationalization, sustainable development, prospering the country through science and education and focusing on the self-innovation, human resource exploitation.
