Abstract
Genetically modified food has developed rapidly, but the safety of genetically modified food was still the focus of attention. Usually the safety of genetically modified food is assessed from the perspective of ecological, health and ethical safety on the basis of which formulated the international evaluation standards. The analysis of genetically modified food detection based on protein and gene level, and protein detection was mainly based on the transgenic protein composition of unfinished food is guided by immune principle, genetic testing was based on PCR to detect whether food contains the purpose gene. At the same time, some new food testing technologies are gradually applied in the detection of genetically modified food.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
