Abstract
To be confronted with difficulties for bringing into effect the strategy of sustainable development on the unregenerative mineral resources is discussed in this paper. The present key problem on the development and utilization of China's mineral resources are also analysed, on the basis of these, some countermeasures for the sustainable development and utilization strategy of China's mineral resources in the 21th century are proposed.
