Abstract
As important asscts of modern entcrprises, intellectual property can bring the enterprises super profits and competitive advantages. The paper has discussed the main content of the economic valuation of in-tellectual property according to the three characteristics of intellectual property, i. e. its asset property, fugi-tive property and dependent property, and also expounded its meaning for the knowledge management of en-terprises.
