Abstract
The choice of exchange rate regime is an important question in international finance field. After narrating two theoretical disputes-fixed floating;two poles intermediate, the author reaches some conclusions: the choice of exchange rate regime is a dynamic system influenced by many factors, it is at the discretion of concrete conditions for a country. No single currency regime is right for all countries and at all times.
