Abstract
As electronic devices,power amplifiers are often accompanied with nonlinear distortion effects.To solve these nonlinear distortions,this paper studies characteristic of distortions in memoryless power amplifier and memory power amplifier.By using the least squares method to build various kinds of functions to fit the distortions,it's able to choose a better fitting function as the basis of pre-distortion modeling,then combine with actual constraints to establish the pre-distortion model.So after the process of pre-distortion,the output signals will become linear to input.At last,from the respect of the power spectral density ofr signals experiments have been conducted to verify the compensation effect of predistortion model,which shows that this model has good feasibility and accuracy.
