Abstract
Thermozymes have received increasing research interest due to their thermostability and optimal activity at high temperatures and potential application in various industrial processes and markets.This paper gives a brief overview of the advance in the mechanisms of thermostability,encompassing the effects of the primary structure and advanced structure of the protein and some environmental factors.Moreover,some useful protein thermostability engineering methods were introduced.
