Overall Budget Management for Improving Hospital Management

Overall budget management is of great importance to strengthen the control of current flow and achieve reasonable allocation of medical resources.There exits great problem in the process of conducting overall budget management in some hospitals due to unclear understanding of budget control.This paper tried to explore the process of conducting budget management focusing on the concern from management level to the control and plan on medical resources.So the budget management could in return to optimize the allocation of medical resources and improve the flow of current and goods of hospitals.
