Shanxi is a big energy province and a traditional old industrial base.Relying on its special superiorities in the coal resources,through the outward transportation of large quantity of Shanxi's coal,and at the cost of sacrificing the resources,the ecological environment and even the life,Shanxi has promoted its economic growth to a certain extent;however the sustainable development of Shanxi's economy is influenced at the same time.Therefore,Shanxi must adjust and control the total quantity of its coal production,and control the outward transportation of Shanxi's coal for realizing the rapid progress of Shanxi's economy.
