Research on the Advantages and Countermeasures of Henan′s Colleges and Universities in Service to the Construction of the Great Central Plains Economic Zone

In the great environment of bringing the Central Plains Economic Zone into China′s 12th Five Year Plan,and in regard to the requirement stated in Circular of the State Council Concerning Support for Henan Province to Accelerate the Building of Area of Central Plains Economy Guidance,this paper researched into the win-win relationship between Henan colleges and universities and the construction of the Great Central Plains Economic Zone,and analyzed the functions to be played by the colleges and universities,so as to make full pay of their advantages and provide practical measures to serve the economic zone.
