There are subjective and objective causes for college students crimes. Subjctive sauses mainly show in three aspects: first disequilibrium between college students' physiolonicsl change and psychological development; second, their mood couldn't unify with reason; third, weak sense of citizen awareness and morality, short of knowledge in law, objective causes are family, society and school reason, etc. Hence strengthening their moral, legal and psychological health education to improve their self - discipline is of great urgency, forestalling and lessening college students commiting crimes is a whole social responsibility.
