Abstract
The following paper introduces the basic conceptions of context and architectural context,recalls the historical evolution of architectural context,and analyzes two context views of two different schools as post-modernism and neo-rationalism,in order to seek for traditional style of architecture and probe into the continuance and development of urban traditional culture,which has positive and practical significance for urban architectural context.
