On Feasibility of Application of Microteaching in Gymnastics Teaching

Abstract

This article describes the microteaching and its core. In view of the backwardness of current teaching method and negative teaching effect,and the problems that exist in gymnastics teaching and training in the universities,it analyzes the feasibility of the application of microteaching in gymnastics teaching,and provides the theoretical basis for gymnastics teaching and training.
