Abstract
In this paper a full differential operational amplifier was designed.It analyzed and verified the AC characteristics and transient characteristics of operational amplifier.The operational amplifier based on the folded cascade structure, SC-CMFB, low voltage and wide out put swing bias circuit to obtain a high unity gain bandwidth, a wide output voltage swing.The simulation and verification were based on Cadence environment and CSMC 0.6um process model.The results show that the properties of operational amplifier completely meet the design requirements.
