Five to eight months after operation, the roof of vagina collapsed , and the depth of vagina was only 4~5 cm. Labia minor flap vaginoplasty and sigmoid colon vaginoplasty were employed to tr eat 6 and 27 patients respectively. The reconstructed vagina was ideal, and the sexual life of the married was sati sfactory. Conclusion: Labia minor flap vaginoplasty and sigmoid colon vaginoplasty is ideal operative method to treat c ongenital absence of vagina.
