Abstract

Some rules for modeling of agile manufacturing cell with agent technology are proposed and a multi-agent framework for scheduling and control of agile manufacturing cell is presented. With this framework,the distributed dynamic scheduling and control of agile manufacturing cell is settled and manufacturing system integration is achieved.This framework also gives a resolvent for coordination and cooperation between manufacturing cells.
