On Chinese Women's Volleyball from the Perspective of 2013 FIVB World Grand Prix Finals

By means of observation,literature review,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,this paper conducts analysis to the 2013World Women's Volleyball Grand Prix finals,focuses on the gaps and deficiencies of Chinese women's volleyball.On this basis,this paper puts forward some suggestions for the development of Chinese women's Volleyball:Chinese women's volleyball team has ascended into the strong power list of the world,but still needs to be further perfected;the whole team construction should be strengthened with long-term planning;Chinese women's volleyball should inherit and develop its tradition and advantage to form a unique technical and tactical system;comprehensive quality of athletes should be stressed;athletes-selection system should be improved;succession of the new to the old should be accelerated.The objective of this paper is to provide reference for Chinese Women's Volleyball to grow toward a strong power of the world.
