Laparoscopic Splenectomy Surgery Using Two Splenic Pedicle From Broken Law

Objective To investigate a laparoscopic splenectomy surgery two splenic pedicle transection method of security and the clinical effect.Methods January 2011-2012 in January to live in my family a total of 44 patients,the laparoscopic splenectomy surgery two splenic pedicle transection method treatment,analysis of the patient's operative time,blood loss,postoperative complications.Results 44 patients in this group,the mean operative time was 140min,the average amount of intraoperative bleeding 210mL,including cases of bleeding due to splenic vein and transit laparotomy,postoperative splenic fossa hemorrhage again by laparoscopic hemostasis,other patients have received successful surgery.Conclusion Two laparoscopic splenectomy Intermediate splenic pedicle from off method is safe and effective,a practical as well as the promotion and popularization of the clinical surgical methods.
