Abstract

Over 29 years,the major experiences achieved in the research and manufacturing on the sucker rod in China are as follows:adopting internationally advanced standard in the sucker rod; clarifying the most important technical properties requirements and constantly working on the improvement of the material,manufacturing equipment and new generations of the sucker rod,holding the national technical seminar on the sucker rod,strengthening the international communications and exploring the markets both home and abroad.
