Abstract

Teaching and research section is the basic organization of educational management in higher educational institutions,and it plays an important role in improving teaching and researching.Making full use of teaching and research section has direct influences upon the construction of specialty and course,teaching management and quality of talents training.Thus,in order to improve teaching quality in an all-round way,it is necessary to ensure human,financial and material resources concentrated on specialty and course,and teaching and research section construction by a series of policies and measures.
