Abstract
To establish an analysis method for 8 kinds of organophosphorus pesticides in blood poisoned by organophosphate pesticides. After extracted with dichloromethane, the samples were frozen and fat was removed with high-speed centrifugation, and determined by GC /MS in selective ion monitoring( SIM) mode and quantified by the external standard method. The results indicated that the calibration curves were linear in the range of0. 05 ~ 1. 0 mg /L,( except methamidophos was 0. 1 ~ 2 mg /L and trichlorfon was 1 ~ 20 mg /L),r≥0. 9980.The average recoveries of organophosphorus pesticides were between 60. 6% and 113. 3%,relative standard deviations less than 19%( RSD,n = 6). The limits of detection( LOD) were 0. 003 ~ 0. 06 mg /L. The method is stable and reliable. This method can satisfy the requirement for simultaneous analysis of various organophosphorus pesticides in blood. It can provide diagnostic basis for patient by the organophosphate poisoning.
