Abstract
Using MD methods combining with two-temperature model,a complete microscopic description of the dynamic progresses involved in laser induced spallation in metallic film is provided.Spallation position and mark of starting spallation are sure,and the influences of target thickness on spallation thickness as well as the time when spallation sets in are predicted.
