Abstract

Objective:To evaluate the clinical value of urodynamic in benign prostatic hyperplasia surgical indications selection.Methods:110 cases of BPH patients were respectively inspected by preoperative and postoperative residual urine measurement,International Prostate Symptom Score(IPSS) and urodynamic.Results:110 cases of BPH patients had bladder outlet obstruction(BOO) symptoms,BPH symptoms were improved after surgery,the urodynamic indicators had improved,obstruction be lifted,bladder function had also been improved accordingly.Conclusion:Urodynamic testing in BPH patients determine the BPH patients are BOO or not,understanding of the detrusor,the evaluation of bladder function,select a reasonable treatment options and prognosis have important clinical significance.
