Evaluation of industrial land intensive use based on evaluation indicator character difference in Yiwu City

Abstract

The aim of this paper is to illustrate that the accuracy of industrial land intensive use evaluation is affected by the indicator character difference,and entropy method as an improved method is mentioned later. Evaluation of land intensive use is a comprehensive process that affected by a series of factors. Connotation and technical standards of industrial land intensive use evaluation will need to adjust to the impact of policy which applied in industrial land control. This paper first elaborated that the evaluation indicators were affected by industrial land use control policy,and lead to difference of indicator character,ultimately influenced the measurement accuracy of evaluation. Secondly,according to the method of comparative analysis,by comparing with the national,regional industrial land use control standards,to the city of Yiwu industry carries on the preliminary analysis with the level of land intensive use,and briefly discusses the applicability of the existing standard. Finally,in order to test the influence of the evaluating indicator character difference on the evaluation results,we employed the weight assignment method of entropy method to measure land use intensity in Yiwu city,and compared with another evaluation result which AHP method was applied. The following research results:(1)The existing industrial land use control standards have many problems,needs to be further improved;(2)The evaluation indicator character difference affected the level of intensive land use exactly,and we will overestimate the level of intensive land use without considering indicator character difference in the evaluation;(3)Through comparing situation of industrial land use with existing standards and further estimates,the result showed that level of industrial land intensive use in Yiwu city is belong to medium degree,there are possibility and reality to improve it.
