The Problems and Countermeasures of Academic Management in Universities from the Viewpoint of Academic Evaluation

Academic evaluation is an essential part in academic management activities.Effective academic evaluation provides a strong guarantee for the implementation of the goal of academic organization.In the academic management,academic evaluation includes evaluating universities' scientific research,teachers' work and other aspects of academic activity. In this paper,the authors analyze the status and problems of academic management in universities from academic evaluation viewpoint,and provide some constructive countermeasures.
