According to the spectrum analysis,the paper presented theoretic analysis about the Fresnel diffraction of the grating on plane wave and analyzed the plural amplitude and the distribution of optical intensity.The optical intensity in Fresnel diffraction interval had been simulated through computer and the characteristics of diffraction had been analyzed.
