Abstract
In the late 90's of last century, constructivism theory was introduced into foreign language teaching process of China, and it has made a far-reaching influence on foreign language teaching. This paper, guided by the constructivism theory and taking the cultivation of students' English using ability as the target, analyzes the new higher vocational English teaching mode, in order to promote the reform.
