Abstract

For analyzing the additional stress and settlement of half-rigidity piles composite foundation, the new method, using the Mindlin and Boussinesq solutions with the characteristic of roadway bearing flexible load and piles piercing into foundation considered, is presented. The calculation for a project problem shows that the calculation results using the above method have good agreement with the project test results.
