Abstract
Behavior financial theory is a new branch of financial theory that rose in the 1980s explaining the actual behavior of financial market, and its development has brought a revolution in finance today. Although it has not formed an integration and unity of a theoretical system, behavior financial theory has at least made positive attempts to develop the finance in three aspects of model transfer, theoretical innovation and ways reform.
