Abstract
The Modbus protocol is widely used in electric power industry due to its high efficiency,reliability,widely.This paper analyses the Modbus protocol,introduces how to realize the Brushless DC motor control system that based on ARM between host computer and Modbus communication,and focuses on the communication realization of hardware platform and the software implementation.
