Abstract
The assignment based on passenger train plan is an important method to evaluate the train plan.This paper summarizes the features of railway passenger assignment and further develops a passenger train service network.Considering the passenger choice behavior,the paper proposes a calculation method of the network impedance,which can reduce the influence of different travel distance passengers' choice behavior.With the characteristics of railway passenger transport,the proposed model takes transfer time,OD passenger flow,and train capacity as constraints.For model solution,a penalty function is used to transform a multi-constrain model to a standard UE model,and an improved algorithm based on F-W is used,which overcomes the shortcoming of standard F-W algorithm without the record of OD path information.In the final section,a case study proves the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method.
